A 70m motor yacht is looking for a strong rotational Sous Chef to work with the Head Chef for 4 weeks, then go onto its shadow vessel as Sole Chef for 4 weeks.
2 months on, 1 month off.
Salary 4750.00 Euro / Month
4 return flights per year to repatriation airport.

Candidates must be male due to cabin arrangements.

24 crew on each yacht, candidates will be responsible for crew food and general assistance of cleanliness/hygiene in all food and provisioning areas.
The Sous Chef will help the Head Chef on guest trips.

As Sole Chef, you will be responsible for provisioning, fridge/freezer cleanliness, stock rotation, crew meals and light guest snacks on guest trips.
