To be considered for the role you have will have a lot of relevant experience within the superyacht industry and more recently this experience will have been gained from motor yachts in the 70m plus.
Longevity in your past roles with excellent references.
Solo role only and the client will not consider teams.
You will be dynamic, enthusiastic, like to keep fit and be looking at this role as a long term commitment  with a proven track record and will be fluent in English.

You will have a passion and be experienced in water sports, i.e. wake boarding, water skiing, jet skis, kite surfing and sea bobs.
The role is a dual role so you will be working on deck as deckhand and in the interior as stewardess in service and managing the interior so you must be experienced in both areas, with a minimum of 2 seasons experience.
Candidate will be presentable, hands on and happy to work on a small motor yacht based in the Med.
